How can I order a Subscription?

How do I look up my Subscription info?

Visit the My Account section under the Subscriptions tab. Select your Subscription account, and you can view your account details including shipping information.

When will my box be shipped?

Tsum Tsum Subscription
Your Tsum Tsum parcel will process monthly on the 15th and will ship by the 20th. You should receive it within 5-7 business days thereafter.

Disney Store 30th Anniversary Sketchbook Ornament Subscription
Your 30th Anniversary Sketchbook Ornament parcel will process monthly on the 9th and will ship by the 14th. You should receive it within 5-7 business days thereafter.

Disney Park Pack - Holiday Edition Subscription
Your Holiday Ornament Disney Park Pack will process monthly on the 10th and will ship by the 15nd. You should receive it within 5-7 business days thereafter.

Disney Park Pack - Coin Edition Subscription
Your Disney Park Pack Coin Edition will process monthly on the 17th and will ship by the 22nd. You should receive it within 5-7 business days thereafter.

Disney Park Pack - Pin Edition Subscription
Your Disney Park Pack Pin Edition will process monthly on the 23rd and will ship by the 28th. You should receive it within 5-7 business days thereafter.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

For month-to-month subscriptions, you must disable the auto-payment feature before your next shipment is processed to halt the delivery of your upcoming parcel and any thereafter. If you disable it after the processing date, your next parcel will still arrive, but you will not receive any parcels thereafter.

Due to the prepayment structure of the 12-month subscription and the 3-month haunted mansion ghost post subscription, you are unable to cancel your prepaid term. However, you can easily disable the auto-payment feature to ensure that you do not receive parcels past your prepaid term.

Are returns accepted for Subscriptions?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for Subscriptions.

How do I update my Shipping or Billing information for my Subscriptions?

Log in to My Account and navigate to the Subscription tab. Then, click the Subscription details that you would like to edit, and select the "Edit" button to make changes. Be sure to save once you complete your updates. Note: Any changes made after your monthly box has been processed will apply to your next shipment.

How do I gift a Subscription?

Delivering magic to somebody else's doorstep? Guests can purchase up to two subscriptions, and can manage the delivery of each one separately. At this time, gift recipients are unable to make changes to their account. The subscription purchaser is the only person who can make changes.

Which payment methods can I use to purchase a Subscription?

Sorry for any inconvenience, but the only acceptable payment method for a Subscription is a U.S.-based credit card. We cannot accept gift cards, Disney Rewards® Redemption Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay™ or any other form of payment.
